H.H. Backer Cancels Spring Trade Show

Event organizers announced the H.H. Backer Spring Trade Show is cancelled this year.

Trade show organizers say the reason is driven by a lack of commitment from potential exhibitors.

The H.H. Backer Spring Trade Show was scheduled for April 9 to 11, at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, N.J.

“We simply could not get enough exhibitor support this year to allow us to produce a quality spring trade show that people have come to expect,” said Colette Fairchild, the show’s director, in a statement.

H.H. Backer’s flagship event, Backer’s Total Pet Expo Fall will continue as an annual event, Fairchild said. The show is slated for Sept. 19 to 21 in Chicago.

Exhibitors that have contracted for the spring show will have their choice of receiving a full refund or applying their deposit to the fall show.
