Pet Club AZ under new ownership

Pet Club AZ is under new ownership.

        In June, its senior secured lender, Warhorse Holdings, foreclosed on all operating assets of Pet Club AZ. Natural Pet Partners is now the owner and operator of Pet Club AZ, which will retain its Pet Club brand. Darren Fujii will sit at the helm as CEO.

        Pet Club has served Arizona pet owners with premium pet products at competitive prices since 1982. Pet Club locations offer a broad assortment of premium pet foods and treats for cats, dogs, birds, small animal and equine. Currently, Pet Club has more than 60 locations in Arizona and Colorado.
