2016 Interzoo saw uptick in international presence

The 2016 Interzoo hosted 39,000 trade visitors from more than 90 countries, a 5 percent increase from the last show, during the 3-day event held in late May.

More than 1,800 suppliers from 61 countries, a 7 percent increase from the last Interzoo, displayed their latest products. This year’s Interzoo had a larger international presence this year with 70 percent of its visitors coming from outside of Germany, including Italy, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the Czech Republic and Poland. Additionally, 82 percent of the show’s exhibitors were not from Germany.

The next Interzoo is scheduled for May 8-11, 2018 in Nuremberg.
