Franchise Group Inc. to Acquire Pet Supplies Plus

According to media reports, Pet Supplies Plus is expected to be acquired by Franchise Group Inc. for $700 million. Franchise Group Inc. will buy the retailer from affiliates of Sentinel Capital Partners in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition is expected to close in March.
