SmarterPaw Names Tammy Witmer as National Director of Sales for Independent Pet

SmarterPaw, makers of award-winning and fast growing brands such as Meowijuana and Doggijuana, has named Tammy Witmer as the company’s National Director of Sales for Independent Pet channel. Prior to this position, Witmer served as SmarterPaw’s Business Development Director for the Eastern Region for Independent Pet for the company.

In her expanding role, Witmer will lead SmarterPaw’s business development efforts for independent pet retailers, single pet stores up through multi-unit regional accounts. Supporting these efforts and reporting to Witmer will be distributors and distributor reps from Phillips, ASC, Burlo, Gen Pet, Kane and Avafina as well as newest business development partner Mello Sales Group.

Witmer joined SmarterPaw with more than 20 years of sales and managerial experience in the consumer goods industry with a specialized focus on pets. Witmer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role at SmarterPaw and its award-winning brands.
