Zeb Madsen Promoted to Retail Sales Director for Coastal Pet Products

Coastal Pet Products, Inc. has promoted National Account Manager Zeb Madsen to the position of Retail Sales Director.

Madsen has been with Coastal for more than 10 years in his role as a National Account Manager focusing on pet specialty customers. He is eager to begin his new role and continue Coastal Pet Products legacy of American made quality. “I’m very excited for the opportunity and challenge this new role represents,” he stated. “I aspire to serve our customers and team by listening to and learning from them, responding with thoughtful solutions and applying our long legacy of continuous improvement, excellence and high standards to every interaction, touch point and process that impacts them.”

Through Madsen’s leadership the sales team will better support the evolving needs of its customers and to provide them with premium customer experience.
