The Pumpkin Wellness Club membership is available to pet owners as a standalone wellness offering, meaning it is not insurance and can be purchased by itself without additional accident & illness insurance. With prices starting at $14.95 per month for cats and $19.95 per month for dogs, Pumpkin Wellness Club is a game-changing option that will support improving a pet’s vibrant future.
Membership in the Pumpkin Wellness Club opens the door to comprehensive wellness plans that put money back in pet owners’ pockets, saving dog parents up to $360 per year and cat parents up to $390 per year on preventive care and special perks. All plan options provide a set dollar amount for several key veterinary services each year, such as wellness exams, vaccinations and health screening tests. Premium membership plans also provide payments for tick, flea and heartworm prevention and spay / neuter or dental cleanings. The Pumpkin Wellness Club also offers a 24/7 pet health helpline (via video or chat) and unique discounts from top pet brands throughout the year.

This monthly subscription helps pet owners save hundreds of dollars a year on wellness care and beyond. The Pumpkin Wellness Club pays cash for routine preventive care that vets recommend to prevent diseases, detect parasites and illnesses early and stay healthy year-round. Members can receive a payment for each service, up to the yearly limit in the chosen plan.
Pumpkin Wellness Club members are not limited to a certain network of health care providers. Since pet owners get paid directly through the Pumpkin Wellness Club, pets are free to receive routine preventive care from any licensed veterinarian in the US or Canada.
How does it work?
- Take your pet for a wellness visit to receive any (or all) eligible services and pay as usual when you leave.
- Log in to your account online to submit expenses by uploading a copy of the itemized vet bill
- Get paid via direct deposit or check for any eligible expenses in days, not weeks.
- Note: Pet owners can get paid for any eligible vet services that their pet received up to 14 days before joining the Pumpkin Wellness Club.
There are four different membership options available, including Dog Essential ($19.95 / month) and Dog Premium ($44.95 / month), Cat Essential ($14.95 / month) and Cat Premium ($34.95 / month).
