Together, Tractor Supply and 4-H have raised more than $24 million for the nation’s youth. The fundraiser, now in its 15th year, strengthens educational programs for 4-H members to engage in hands-on career and life skill projects, participate in leadership and public speaking training, learn from industry leaders and develop the skills necessary to take on leadership roles.
“The Paper Clover campaign has succeeded for so many years because our customers understand and appreciate the meaningful impact of every donation,” said John Ordus, chief stores officer at Tractor Supply and member of the National 4-H Council board of trustees. “4-H offers hands-on experiences that give every student the tools they need to thrive. With Paper Clover, we ensure that all students can access that life-changing programming. We are so proud of what we have achieved in partnership with our Team Members, customers and communities and look forward to another milestone fundraiser.”
During the 2024 Paper Clover fundraiser, Tractor Supply raised more than $2.6 million for 4-H youth nationwide. Ninety percent of all donations directly support 4-H youth in the state in which they were made, while the remaining 10 percent support national 4-H programming.
“The Paper Clover campaign is an excellent example of what can be accomplished when communities, businesses and organizations come together to support young people,” said Heather Elliott, 4-H Chief Development and Marketing Officer. “Through our longstanding partnership with Tractor Supply, we provide young leaders with the resources and opportunities to develop the work and life skills they need to become Beyond Ready for the future.”
4‑H is America’s largest youth development organization, empowering nearly six million young people with the skills to be productive, healthy and engaged. Its research-based programming includes activities in the areas of agriculture, health, science and civic engagement, and the guidance and lifelong skills necessary to succeed in college and career. Last year, 4-H launched the Beyond Ready initiative to help 10 million youth become ready for life and work by 2030.
