ThinkFirst Honors RAWZ Co-Founder Jim Scott III as 2025 VIP of the Year

RAWZ Natural Pet Food has announced that its Co-Founder, Jim Scott III, has been named ThinkFirst’s VIP of the Year for 2025. A longtime speaker for ThinkFirst Northeast Rehabilitation, Scott has spent years sharing his powerful personal story to promote injury prevention and safety education—positively impacting countless lives along the way.

Scott’s journey is one of resilience, transformation and an unwavering commitment to helping others. After sustaining a traumatic brain injury in a motor vehicle crash, he not only rebuilt his life—he chose to use his story to educate and empower others. Through heartfelt storytelling and candid conversations, he has connected with students, families and communities to promote safer choices and prevent future injuries.

Today, Scott continues to focus on physical fitness, community outreach, writing and public speaking. While his goals have evolved from personal independence to making a broader impact, his passion remains the same: helping others live safer, more informed lives.

Writing was initially a way for Scott to process and heal from his injury—but he soon realized he could also use this skill to spread awareness of the RAWZ brand and mission. He now writes about a range of pet health issues and more personal stories for the RAWZ blog, with a favorite focus: the deep bonds people share with their pets.
