C.J. Foods Add to Board of Directors

C.J. Foods announced Paul Wagstaff will be joining its Board of Directors.

The industry leader in consumer-packaged goods along with merger and acquisition integration, will transition from his former role serving on the Advisory Board of American Nutrition, Inc. (ANI), which was recently acquired by C.J. Foods.

“Paul brings his expertise in the consumable category to drive our innovation agenda,” said David McLain, CEO of C.J. Foods said in media reports. “He also brings deep experience and keen insight on how to integrate companies following an acquisition, and we believe that his counsel will create a major impact.”
