Acosta Sales & Marketing has signed a definitive agreement to acquire The Pet Firm. The deal is anticipated to be finalized later this month.

Once the acquisition is complete, Acosta, a full-service sales and marketing agency, will become a single source provider of sales, retail merchandising, marketing and selling solutions stretching across the US and Canada, according to Acosta representatives.
The Pet Firm, a pet specialty sales, marketing and merchandising company, has a rapport with established chains, distributors and independent stores. The Pet Firm currently operates in the West Coast, Midwest and East Coast regions.
