With expanded facilities and support based in New Bern, NC, CANOPHERA has added new Warehouse Support, Order Specialist, Customer Service and Private Label. This expansion comes as a response to the company’s rapid growth and trajectory in the pet industry and to continue to serve indie pet retailers across the US and Canada.
The new hires in warehouse support, customer service and private label departments will play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for CANOPHERA products. The Warehouse Support team will ensure efficient and timely delivery of direct and private label orders. The Customer Service and Order Specialist teams will provide exceptional support to customers and retailers. The Private Label team will work closely with retailers to develop customized packaging and branding for CANOPHERA products.
The four new members of the CANOPHERA team include:
