Central Bark Finishes First Quarter of 2025 with 18 percent Systemwide Sales Growth and Expansion into New Markets
Central Bark, the premier whole dog care franchise and industry pioneer, entered 2025 with strong momentum marked by +18 percent system-wide sales growth, new franchise agreements and high customer satisfaction metrics.

In Q1, Central Bark awarded two new multi-unit franchise territories: Kansas City and Pittsburgh. The new franchisees will expand Central Bark’s presence in areas with high demand for pet care and the services Central Bark offers, including dog day care, overnight boarding, grooming, training and more.
The expansion comes as Central Bark received a record-high 95 percent customer satisfaction ranking from its clients, with 94 percent saying they would recommend the brand to a friend or colleague. These high rankings reflect Central Bark’s unwavering dedication to exceeding client expectations and the high standards it sets across all franchised locations.
“The positive feedback from our customers is the most important metric we have for our brand. Customer loyalty and trust drives our current business success and sets us up for continued growth in the future,” said Crawford.
Central Bark also hosted their Annual Franchise Conference in Las Vegas in March, bringing together franchisees, company leadership and industry experts to learn about new information in the industry, share best practices, attend training sessions and engage in collaborative discussions. The meeting ended with an Annual Awards Dinner and Ceremony featuring franchisee successes and celebrated accomplishments across their franchised network as the business heads into 2025.
