Country Max Releases COVID-19 Response

Country Max, a leading pet and gardening retail supplier in New York, updated its store hours and COVID-19 response.

The retailer said, “We are dedicated to providing the essential animal health services to the community, but also while keeping our team members and community as safe as we can. We’ve taken many steps to internally address these unprecedented times, but we need the community’s help with a few things in particular: please limit your trips to the stores to essentials only, please do not come to visit the store for any non-essential reason and please take the social distancing guidelines seriously in all of our stores.”

The statement continued, “We have expanded capabilities for curbside pickup as well as phone orders. Our buy online, pickup in-store capability has been overwhelmed by demand, and we recommend all customers call their local store directly to inquire about availability or to place an order over the phone.”

Country Max’s new store hours are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with hours on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
