Dee-O-Gee Mergers with Bentley’s Pet Stuff

Dee-O-Gee, a leading pet franchise, has merged with Bentley’s Pet Stuff, according to media reports.

The merger is said to help launch Pet Stuff Franchising, and will close May 31. The terms of the merger were not disclosed, but Josh and Holly Allen, founders and owners of Dee-O-Dee, are expected to become directors of Pet Stuff Franchising and oversee the daily operations of the franchise locations.
