Doggy Daycare and Boarding Company Hounds Town USA to Open in Leander, TX

Hounds Town USA, the canine daycare and boarding concept, will be opening its location in Leander, TX on July 29. Located at 10181 E Crystal Falls Parkway, the new daycare is owned by Chris Duncan.

“After more than 20 years of working in the corporate world, I wanted to make a change and enter the entrepreneurial space,” said Duncan. “Upon meeting the Hounds Town team, I knew immediately that the brand was the perfect fit for me. The brand and team, exudes positivity and the business model itself is something that I knew Leander would benefit from. I have always dreamed of owning a business that would allow me to make an impact on my community, and my Hounds Town location will do exactly that.”

Duncan is a former tech professional who first discovered the Hounds Town brand while searching for opportunities in the franchise industry. With more than two decades of experience working in sales and customer success at various tech companies including Dell, Oracle and Workday, Duncan wanted to explore business ownership opportunities that would allow him to tap into his entrepreneurial skills while also providing a unique pet boarding service to the local pet community.
