EarthWise Pet, a national leader in holistic pet nutrition and wellness, proudly announces the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Healthy Spot, the respected California-based pet supply and services retailer. This exciting alignment brings together two like-minded organizations dedicated to raising the standard of care for pets and the people who love them.
Through the acquisition, all 12 Healthy Spot retail locations are now part of the EarthWise Pet family. Two locations and the eCommerce business now operate as corporate-owned stores, while the remaining ten are operating as EarthWise Pet franchises.
