Franchise Momentum Continues as Sparkle Adds 12 Units in Missouri

Sparkle Grooming Co., the wellness-focused dog grooming franchise, is excited to announce its expansion into Missouri with the addition of 12 new licenses. The growth is led by Scott Rich, an existing Regional Developer for Sparkle in Georgia, who is expanding his portfolio and bringing in new partner Mike Klearman to co-develop the Missouri territory.

Klearman, a seasoned franchise operator, brings extensive experience in business development, operations and team leadership. He spent two decades scaling nationally recognized brands like Massage Envy, where he was a multi-unit owner and Franchisee of the Year and The Joint Chiropractic, where he co-developed the Missouri region and helped grow it to 23 open locations. With a shared passion for building scalable, service-driven businesses, Rich and Klearman are well-positioned to accelerate Sparkle’s growth in the Missouri market.
