Frankly Pet Welcomes New Team Member

Frankly Pet has hired Jenniffer Colon Marrero as Office and Customer Service Manager. As part of her new role, she’ll be responsible for all aspects of the company’s customer service department, from connecting with distributors and completing website orders, to answering customers’ questions.

Additionally, Marrero will oversee several other aspects of the business, including office operations, production, the company’s website, maintaining inventory and more. She’ll also serve as the company’s human resource contact and will be responsible for payroll and invoicing, as well as coordinating all office administrative activities, including organizing meetings, managing databases and communicating effectively with staff, suppliers and clients.

Prior to joining Frankly Pet, Marrero was the Office Manager at Brother’s Consolidated Heating & Air Conditioning. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, exercising, traveling and creating memories with her husband and two children.
