Frankly Pet, makers of all-natural beef collagen chews and treats for dogs, has welcomed Alice Behnke to its team as Office and Customer Service Manager. As part of her new role, she’ll lead all aspects of the company’s customer service department by connecting with distributors and completing website orders, as well as answering customers’ questions.
Behnke will work on developing new techniques and improving internal processes to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled. She will manage several aspects of the business, such as office operations, production, the company’s website, maintaining inventory and more. Additionally, she’ll act as the company’s human resource contact and will be responsible for payroll and invoicing, plus coordinating all the offices’ administrative activities, including organizing meetings, managing databases and communicating effectively with staff, suppliers and clients.“Alice has a proven track record for providing top notch customer service while promoting and serving client products, and we’re thrilled to have her join our team,” said Alan Snyder, Chief Operating Officer at Frankly Pet. “I’m confident that her enthusiastic attitude and keen attention to detail will play an integral role in providing our customers with the best service possible.”
Behnke has been actively involved in dog rescue for more than 20 years. She’s spent time fostering, conducting home checks and volunteering at shelters. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing at and remodeling her cabin in northern Wisconsin, as well as spending time with her four dogs and two cats.
