IndiePet Expands Presence at Global Pet Expo

IndiePet has announced its full schedule of events and activities at the 2025 Global Pet Expo in Orlando, FL.

Tuesday, Mar 25 – IndiePet’s 2025 Q1 Board Meeting, 8AM-2PM, Room #N220B

IndiePet holds its first full, in-person board meeting of 2025. Because board members are spread out across the country, these in-person meetings provide a time to reconnect as well as dig into the business of the association. In addition to the general administration and financial management of the association, the agenda will include discussion around independent pet retailer needs, what is working in board member stores (IndiePet’s Board of Directors are all retailers of varying sizes) and how IndiePet might leverage those ideas into future resources and services for all members. IndiePet invites current IndiePet Retail Members interested in future board involvement to be a guest at their meeting at a pre-reserved time.

Wednesday, Mar 26 – Friday, March 28 – IndiePet Booth #5824 Show hours

IndiePet’s booth is being transformed into an IndiePet Lounge this year with comfortable seating for members and non-members to relax, network, have meetings and learn more about IndiePet.

Member/Partner Pet Boss Nation will share space again this year. As in past years, visitors will be able to pick up a printed member directory indicating who is exhibiting and where, recognition of event sponsors and highlighting who is offering IndiePet member specials.

Wednesday, Mar 26 – IndieChat Live Panel Discussion, Spotlight Stage, 1 p.m. -1:45 p.m.

IndiePet will host a live IndieChat, where peers help peers with issues indies face daily. The retailer panel will discuss, “Ideas that Move the Needle” for their stores. Gain new ideas, share with the panel and experience one of the most popular IndiePet benefits. This IndieChat will be moderated by Pet Boss Nation’s Candace D’Agnolo.

Thursday, Mar 27 – IndiePet Power Breakfast, 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., Room #N220B & N220C

IndiePet introduces a new networking event for IndiePet retail members and event sponsors – The IndiePet Power Breakfast. Attending retail members will have time to enjoy breakfast, hear six short presentations and have plenty of time to visit displays and chat with leaders of sponsoring associate member companies and fellow retail members.

Thursday, March 27 – Retail Buyer Top Golf Networking Event, 6:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m.
