K9 Resorts Announces Fall Fest 2025: A Six-Week Playtime Series for Dogs
With fall in full swing, K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotels announces the launch of Fall Fest, a six-week enrichment program designed to bring seasonal fun to daycare pups and their pet parents. Running Oct. 7 through Nov. 13, Fall Fest invites dogs to participate in festive weekly playtime events at the luxury dog hotel, with activities ranging from pumpkin art projects to Halloween-inspired games.
With many dog breeds requiring at least an hour of mental and physical play per day, Fall Fest builds on K9 Resorts’ popular Summer Camp to offer a playful twist on daycare designed to keep pups engaged, social and active. Each week features a new themed activity held twice – on Tuesdays and Thursdays – giving pet parents flexibility in scheduling while ensuring their dogs don’t miss out on the fun.
The 2025 Fall Fest activity lineup includes:
- Bark N’ Bob (Oct. 7 & 9): A tail-wagging twist on the classic apple bobbing game, where pups sniff and “bob” for apple slices in a safe, water-free environment.
- Spooky Sleuth (Oct. 14 & 16): Dogs put their noses to the test in a Halloween-themed scent challenge, following hidden treats and discovering fun surprises along the way.
- Pumpkin Picasso (Oct. 21 & 23): Pups get creative with this fall-themed lick art activity, making festive keepsakes for pet parents to take home and display.
- Harvest Howl (Oct. 28 & 30): What’s a Halloween party without costumes? Pups will wear fun outfits, pose for the camera and celebrate the spooky season in style.
- Tailgate Party (Nov. 4 & 6): Dogs enjoy football-inspired games that test their agility, speed and playtime spirit – perfect for pups who love to run and interact.
- Barktober Fest (Nov. 11 & 13): The grand finale features bubbles, music and even a dog-safe pumpkin spiced latte, wrapping up the six-week program with a bang.
“After the success of our Summer Camp, we’re excited to continue providing mental enrichment and physical exercise for dogs in our care with our first-ever Fall Fest,” said Steven Parker, Co-Founder and CEO of K9 Resorts. “The program features six weeks of themed activities that engage pups’ minds and bodies, from creative arts to festive games. We love giving pet parents a way to celebrate the season with their furry family members while keeping their dogs happy, healthy and social.”
Fall Fest is available as an add-on to daycare, with pricing and packages that may vary by location. Space is limited to approximately 30 dogs per activity, so early registration is encouraged.
