Pestell Nutrition Acquires Origination O2D

Wind Point Partners and portfolio company Pestell Nutrition announced that at the end of December, Pestell Nutrition acquired Origination O2D. The acquired company operates as a value-added distributor of animal feed ingredients and branded proprietary feed products across the Midwest and broader US.

The acquisition is highly strategic for Pestell Nutrition, supporting numerous facets of the company’s value creation and growth plan. O2D represents Pestell’s first US-based acquisition and therefore an important step for the company to pursue growth opportunities within one of the largest animal feed markets.

The acquisition of O2D continues Wind Point’s long history of partnering and working with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses. The company is the third acquisition of Pestell since Wind Point’s acquisition of Pro Ag products and Premium Ad Resources.
