Pet Retail Brands Releases COVID-19 Announcement

Pet Valu, one of Pet Retail Brands’ banners, released a statement regarding temporary store hour changes during COVID-19 pandemic.

The statement reads:

“Our stores are operating under temporary hours. They will be open from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day. Some of our stores will vary based on local and state regulations. Please call in to your local store before stopping in for more information.

To ensure our community’s safety, our stores have implemented some important changes:

-Reduced store hours will allow staff more time to sanitize and restock our shelves

-Grooming Salons and Self-Serve Dog Wash are temporarily closed

-Only two customers in our stores at a time for safe social distancing

-Our Pet Experts will retrieve your products for you – please have your list or photos of your food recipes ready so our store team can help you get the products you need and on your way

-Wait at our sanitized VIP checkout to complete your transaction

-Debit or credit is preferred at checkout whenever possible (but we still take cash)”

The company has also implemented home delivery through Pet Valu’s sister company, Pet Supermarket.
