According to media reports, Pet Valu Holdings Ltd. will go public in Canada through an initial public offering. The number of shares to be sold and price per share has not been disclosed.
Pet Valu has more than 600 corporate-owned or franchised locations across Canada. The offering is being made through a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets, Barclays and CIBC Capital Markets, according to media reports.
