MAP Policies
TropiClean® and Urine Off® have a long history of providing the highest quality Grooming, Dental, Supplement, Flea & Tick and Clean Up products. Cosmos Corporation (“Cosmos”), a Missouri Corporation, owns the TropiClean and Urine Off brands and throughout its history has worked with and relied upon a growing number of retail partners to educate consumers about the benefits of using our products. Our success is tied to the success of these incredible retail partners, and to ensure that all resellers can more effectively market and sell our products, continue to support our brand as a premium offering, and avoid intra-brand channel conflict, Cosmos has unilaterally adopted this Internet Minimum Advertised Price(“IMAP”) Policy (hereinafter “Policy”). This Policy is applicable to ALL authorized resellers and retailers(collectively, “resellers”) of the TropiClean and Urine Off brands in the United States of America.
