Following a remarkable 700 percent increase in pet-related inquiries in 2024, the new feature will enable pet owners to easily find private, pet-friendly spaces where their four-legged companions can swim, play and socialize in a safe environment.
As pet ownership continues to rise nationwide, Swimply’s expansion addresses a growing market need for premium pet experiences, with the company expecting to welcome more than 50,000 dogs to the platform this summer.

The new pet category will feature custom pet profiles allowing owners to showcase their pets’ preferences and needs, specialized filters for pet-friendly spaces with amenities like shallow entry points and secure fencing, safety guidelines and pet etiquette resources and tailored booking options for pet training, socialization events and private playdates.
