SynergyLabs Transforms State-of-the-Art Facility Following Great Places to Work Recognition
SynergyLabs, producer of science-based pet care products, has been named as part of Great Places to Work, a global authority on workplace culture. The company’s dedication to efficient production practices has been recognized following the latest transformation of its manufacturing facility into a modern, open workplace.
After recent renovations, the plant boasts more space to give its team of dedicated problem solvers the opportunity to brainstorm new ideas, test current and potential new products and collaborate more closely on innovative projects.
SynergyLabs’ North Carolina-based manufacturing facility is home to a top-of-the-line laboratory and chemical batching equipment, as well as packaging and development. Some of these assets include a chemical batching area with an assortment of large stainless steel tanks and kettles. The supplement production has two large twin screw extruders to produce soft chew supplements (GMP and SQF). Additionally, the facility houses seven liquid filling lines with a variety of labeling options.

In addition to the latest updates made to its facility, SynergyLabs is delighted to announce that it has successfully passed its recent audits at an extremely high rate. While standards for passing require companies to achieve 70 percent, SynergyLabs passed with flying colors, earning 100 percent on its Eurofins GMP Audit, 99 percent on its Eurofins Dietary Supplement GMP Audit and 99 percent on its SQF Audit.
