Terravet Real Estate Solutions Converts Roseville Furniture Store into State-of-the-Art Veterinary Practice

Terravet Real Estate Solutions, a leading real estate group focused on veterinary real estate, announced the conversion of a former furniture store into a 31,000-square-foot Veterinary Specialty Hospital facility outside of Sacramento in Roseville, CA. Terravet invested a total of $14.5 million to buy the building and retrofit the space, with an additional investment from Ethos Veterinary Health. Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville, an Ethos Veterinary Health hospital, previously operated as Atlantic Street Pet Emergency Center at its former location, a 4,300-square-foot space with inadequate parking, posing challenges for pet owners. In collaboration with Terravet, the new Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville now features ample parking and modern amenities to significantly enhance the pet wellness experience for local pet owners.

Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville is a 24-hour veterinary emergency and specialty hospital. Staffed by a team of highly skilled veterinarians and veterinary technicians trained in emergency medicine and intensive care, the hospital provides comprehensive services including emergency care, board-certified surgery, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging and wildlife rescue support.
