The Pet Club is Liquidated

The Pet Club, formerly Pet Club AZ, has been liquidated.

In August 2019, JDB Capital Properties, LLC, based in Scottsdale, and Simon Consulting LLC, based in Phoenix, submitted a bid to purchase the seven remaining Pet Club locations that were still open. JDB Capital Properties and Simon Consulting closed the seven locations and has sold at least one of them.

At the end of 2018, The Pet Club operated 38 stores.

The Pet Club has been owned and operated by Natural Pet Partners LLC since June 2017 after The Pet Club’s senior secured lender, Warhorse Holdings, foreclosed on all operating assets of the pet specialty retailer. At the time of the sale to Natural Pet Partners, The Pet Club had more than 60 locations in Arizona and Colorado.

For 37 years, Pet Club has served Arizona pet parents with high quality pet products at affordable prices. Pet Club locations provide a broad assortment of premium pet foods and treats for cats, dogs, birds, small animal and equine.
