Vets Plus, Inc. Appoints Phillip Bramel as Chief Executive Officer

Vets Plus, Inc., a leading manufacturer of animal health and nutrition products for the companion animal and livestockindustries, announced the appointment of Phillip Bramel as Chief Executive Officer. Bramel assumed the role on February 2 and will lead the company’s next phase of growth and operational expansion.

Bramel brings more than three decades of experience in the animal health and pet wellness industry. Over the course of his 39-year career, he has held senior leadership roles with major global organizations including Warner-Lambert, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Boehringer Ingelheim. His background spans commercial leadership, retail strategy, organizational development and market expansion within the highly competitive animal health sector.

Prior to joining Vets Plus, Bramel served as Chief Commercial Officer at Garmon/NaturVet, where he led the company’scommercial strategy and drove expanded retail distribution for the NaturVet brand. In that role, he also led a comprehensive overhaul of the company’s commercial strategy, customer-facing organization, marketing execution, and brand presentation and packaging.

Before joining Garmon, he spent seven years as Head of U.S. Retail Sales for Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health. In that role, he helped establish and grow the company’s retail channel, building a national sales organization and strengtheningrelationships with major retail partners across the United States. Under his leadership, the team earned industry recognition forboth business performance and strategic innovation.

At Vets Plus, Bramel will focus on strengthening the company’s commercial strategy, expanding customer partnerships, andsupporting the organization’s long-term growth in both companion animal and livestock markets.

Bramel is known for a leadership approach centered on equipping teams with the tools, clarity and support they need to succeed. He believes strong organizations are built through accountability, empowerment and open collaboration.

Bramel is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. He lives in Rogers, Arkansas, with his wife Elizabeth. Together theyhave four sons, three daughters-in-law, and an eighth grandchild expected in May. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and working on classic vehicles.
