W.F. Young Welcomes Jessica Lincoln and Casey Basta to New Roles
W.F. Young, a family-owned pet wellness company, has welcomed Jessica Lincoln and Casey Basta to its team. Both are taking on newly created positions of Product Manager – Pet and Global Product Manager – Equine, respectively.
As part of their new roles, Lincoln and Basta will be responsible for partnering with leaders within the organization to inspire and drive product development initiatives while supporting global growth targets. They’ll each manage the lifecycle of the products within the existing portfolio of brands to achieve sales, profitability and customer experience goals within the pet and equine segments, respectively. Lincoln and Basta will help drive the creation and management of innovative products and brand platforms that help the company acquire new customers, expand market share and build customer loyalty across all markets.

A passionate equestrian with more than 10 years of experience in the equine industry, Basta previously served as Senior Product Manager – Equine Health at SmartPak and Business Development Manager – Equine at Cargill Health Technologies.
