West Paw recently announced its newly formed partnership with Target. The retail store will now be selling a limited set of West Paws’ eco-friendly, Made in the US dog toys. The product line will include six select SKUs sold in approximately 250 Target stores and online. West Paw is constraining the product set to six Zogoflex toys in Granny Smith and Melon colors.
“As a Certified B Corp., our intention is to educate consumers while bringing sustainable products to the market and create more positive impacts globally. All of our retailer partners are a part of our work, helping make more responsible choices available to pet parents,” commented Spencer Williams, CEO of West Paw.
According to media reports, the limited scope of the expansion into Target is a reflection of the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting the independent pet specialty retailer which West Paw attributes as the retail channel which helped to build their brand.
