Big E's Cupcake (Shelf Stable)
Our best selling shelf stable Big E’s cupcakes! That’s right, no refrigeration or freezing necessary, these big cupcakes are shelf stable for 1 year like the rest of our treat line. They are densely chewy in texture (like a biscotti/day old brownie combo). They are a peanut butter apple cake and perfect for smaller dogs or large parties. These can not be personalized.
Please note: The edges of the cake are much darker than the inside, that is completely normal. The molasses and honey in the recipe caramelize to a very dark outside color, that is not burnt, that’s normal, that’s just the way they look.
