Prairie Dog Pet Products Acquires Himalayan Corp.

According to media reports, Prairie Dog Pet Products acquired Himalayan Corp. The financial terms were not disclosed, but the CEO of Himalayan Corp., Susan Shrestha is expected to join Prairie Dog. Officials divulged that Benjamin F. Edwards’ investment banking group, a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services, aided Himalayan Corp. on the acquisition.
