Zesty Paws Donates $50,000 to Support Shelter Animals

Zesty Paws last week announced it has teamed up with GreaterGood.org, an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization devoted to improving the health and well-being of people, pets and the planet and has donated $50,000 to make sure animals currently in shelters or foster homes receive the everyday essentials they need.

The two organizations came together to run the #ZestFurGood campaign and encouraged pet lovers around the world to post a fun photo of their pet on social media with the hashtag #ZestFurGood. For every use of the #ZestFurGood hashtag, Zesty Paws pledged to donate $10 per post, up to $25,000, to animal shelters in need through GreaterGood.org, but after further consideration, the brand chose to double their donation to multiply the impact for pets in need. Zesty Paws is pleased to share that the donation was fulfilled on June 1.
